Thursday, 30th November

Wednesday, 29th November

  • A couple of Mottled Umber on the walls & my 1st Winter moth of the season (Nigel Willits)
  • Red Admiral in Memorial Garden at 1240 (IKD, DFD)
  • One Common Darter still on house wall at 1145. My previous latest at Lodge was on 24th November (1995). Will it last out until December? (IKD)
  • Red Admiral outside Anne Harley's office at 1120 (DFD)
  • Red Admiral outside canteen late morning (Margaret Walton)

Tuesday, 28th November

  • One Common Darter on house wall at 1345 (IKD)
  • 11 golden plover low over the Garden at 1050hrs. (Darren Oakley-Martin)

Monday, 27th November

  • 2 Common Darters on house wall and a third flying over swimming pool. (IKD, DFD)
  • Red Admiral on the wall of the shoot room Monday afternoon. (Steve Blain)
  • Red Admiral by the pond outside of the canteen, 11:50 on Monday (Jamie Wells); and at 1300 (IKD, DFD)
  • Muntjac outside library in morning (Lynn Giddings, IKD)

Monday, 20th November

  • Another large common toad active on a very cold evening, by entrance to Avocet building. (Conor Jameson)
